**For Assignment of Mortgage and Release of Mortgage with a nominee (e.g. MERS): $159.00 flat fee
Recording Fees for Deeds :
Recording Fee for first page of deed transferring title with consideration over $2,000.00: $62.00 and $5.00 for each additional page of the same instrument
A State of Connecticut Conveyance Form must accompany the recording
Recording Fees for Maps :
Subdivision Map – $30.00
Other Map – $20.00
